Followers can learn how to do just about anything, and it’s become so popular that many content providers and corporations are implementing a video instruction format to train people in all kinds of knowledge and skills. However, not all video lessons are created equally.

About the presenter:

Andrea Gaboriault has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching, writing, and editing. For more than 10 years, she worked as the Lead Copy Editor for a company that specialized in creating technical video-based performance support for Autodesk programs. She was responsible for ensuring all content was both concise and comprehensive in scope, and that it met rigorous internal standards. In addition, she helped create and document the content creation standards for the entire video production workflow, she maintained the standards library, and she edited for their internal magazine. Andrea is also a wife and mother of three daughters, and she’s passionate about pet adoption and fostering. She also holds a B.A. from New England College.
