This webinar will outline acceptable copyediting error and productivity rates, illustrate how to measure your productivity, and provide my top 10 tips for increasing your productivity. Standards will be based on several accepted association and expert guidelines, including The ACES Guide for New Editors. The concept of “acceptability” is also based on several guidelines while considering what may be acceptable depending on editors’ unique situations.

Three learning objectives:

1. Attendees will know what acceptable error and productivity rates are.
2. Attendees will know how to measure their productivity.
3. Attendees will receive several tools, including technological tools, for how to increase their productivity.

About the presenter:
